OUR CURRICULUM

Wee World’s EDUCATION SYSTEM
Triple Curriculum Model

A Holistic Approach to Raising Bright, Kind, and Culturally Connected Global Citizens

At Wee World: Heritage International Early Childhood Academy, we believe education should do more than prepare children for school — it should prepare them for life.
Our holistic approach blends three powerful, interconnected curricula designed to nurture the mind, heart, and heritage of every child.

At Wee World, learning is an experience of wonder, purpose, and connection. We cultivate curiosity through exploration and play, build strong character through empathy and integrity, and honor each child’s identity by celebrating their language, culture, and roots.

Our program is grounded in three educational pillars that together shape confident, compassionate, and globally aware young learners:

  • Academic Excellence – Developing bright minds through discovery and research-based learning
  • Character Development – Nurturing kindness, empathy, and emotional intelligence

Wee World Cultural Curriculum

Mission & Values Behind Each Pillar

Language & Literacy

Mission:
To empower children with the ability to communicate, express themselves, and understand others across languages and cultures.

Value:
We believe language is the foundation of connection. By nurturing literacy in multiple languages, we give children the tools to share ideas, build relationships, and develop confidence in their voices—while learning to listen with respect and empathy.

Geography

Mission:
To help children understand the world as a shared home and recognize their place within it.

Value:
Through geography, children learn that the world is vast, diverse, and interconnected. By discovering where people live, how environments differ, and how borders connect rather than divide us, children develop curiosity, respect, and global awareness.

History

Mission:
To help children understand how the world has evolved and inspire them to see themselves as the future creators of tomorrow.

Value:
History teaches children that the world they live in was shaped by choices, actions, and values. By learning how people lived before us, children begin to understand that the future is now in their hands—and that their choices matter.

Traditional Music & Dance

Mission:
To ignite a love for diverse cultures through joyful expression, rhythm, and movement.

Value:
Music and dance create emotional memories that last a lifetime. By experiencing the sounds and movements of different cultures, children expand their horizons, build appreciation for diversity, and form meaningful, joyful connections to the world around them.

Ethnicities & Cultural Clothing

Mission:
To help children recognize the beauty of human diversity while understanding that all people share the same basic needs, hopes, and dreams.

Value:
By exploring ethnicities and cultural clothing, children learn that while we may look different, we are all one human family. This pillar nurtures empathy, inclusion, and the belief that kindness, safety, love, and belonging are universal.

Landmarks

Mission:
To help children appreciate the achievements, stories, and symbols that shape cultures and communities around the world.

Value:
Landmarks represent shared history, creativity, and resilience. By learning about them, children develop pride in cultural accomplishments and curiosity about how communities express identity through architecture and space.

Influential Figures

Mission:
To introduce children to meaningful role models who inspire pride, purpose, and possibility.

Value:
By learning about influential figures from their own and other cultures, children see reflections of themselves as capable, valuable, and impactful. This pillar builds self-esteem, motivation, and respect for those who shaped the world with wisdom, courage, and compassion.

Traditional Dishes

Mission:
To use food as a bridge for cultural understanding, connection, and shared experience.

Value:
Food brings people together. By learning about traditional dishes, children connect culture to family, celebration, and care. This pillar encourages curiosity, sensory exploration, and appreciation for how nourishment and love are expressed across cultures.

Art

Mission:
To nurture creativity as a universal language of expression, identity, and emotion.

Value:
Art allows children to express who they are and how they see the world. Through exploring cultural art forms, children learn that creativity exists in every culture and that self-expression is both powerful and deeply human.

Our Deeper Belief at Wee World

We educate children not just to succeed academically—but to understand humanity, honor identity, and build a kinder future.

OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM

At Wee World Early Childhood Enrichment Hub, we blend a proven academic curriculum with our own custom-designed programs that focus on character development and cultural identity. Our core academic framework, called “Learners Beyond Papers,” is a play-based, inquiry-driven approach that builds foundational skills in literacy, math, science, and critical thinking. But we know a child’s journey is about more than academics. That’s why we’ve crafted a culturally rich and holistic learning experience that nurtures the whole child—mind, heart, and spirit. Rooted in the belief that it takes a village to raise a child, our curriculum also emphasizes emotional intelligence, global awareness, and strong community connection. We view every child as curious, capable, and full of potential, and we provide vibrant, hands-on environments where they can explore through art, movement, language, and meaningful relationships.

We also recognize that supporting a child means supporting their ecosystem. At Wee World, we empower parents and educators with tools, training, and shared learning experiences—because as children grow, the adults around them must grow too. We believe that raising a child requires active, ongoing partnership between home and school, where families and teachers are equally engaged in nurturing each child’s unique identity and gifts. With values like kindness, resilience, respect, and responsibility at the heart of all we do, we strive to raise not just learners—but thoughtful, compassionate human beings, ready to navigate life with confidence and empathy.

Our educational practices are guided by purposeful, child-centered strategies rooted in research and experience. We view the environment as a living, responsive space that encourages children to investigate, express, and create using open-ended materials. Learning at Wee World is deeply relational and shaped by each child’s interests. Educators observe and document children’s ideas—through photos, conversations, and creative work—to plan meaningful experiences that reflect their passions and developmental needs. Children express themselves in many ways, from art and storytelling to music, building, and dramatic play, all of which are honored as valid forms of thinking and learning. Whether inspired by a spontaneous question or a simple moment in daily life, every experience at Wee World becomes a powerful opportunity for reflection, discovery, and growth.
