Step 1: Schedule a Tour

  • Tours are held during operating hours so you can see our classrooms in action.

  • Receive a Welcome Packet (digital or printed), which includes:

    • Program overview

    • Sample daily schedules

    • Tuition guide

    • FAQs

Step 2: Secure Your Spot​

You’ll receive a comprehensive enrollment packet with:

  • Program Agreement & Family Handbook

  • Tuition Payment Setup

  • Daily Schedule Overview

  • Consent Forms (field trips, photo permissions, sunblock, etc.)

  • Code of Conduct

  • Pay the registration fee and deposit to confirm enrollment.

Electronic signature available for your convenience.

Step 3: Provide Medical & Health Forms

Before your child’s first day, submit the following:

  • DC Universal Health Certificate (signed by physician)

  • DC Oral Health Assessment Form

  • Up-to-date Immunization Records

  • Allergy Action Plan (if applicable)

  • Medication Authorization Form (if applicable)

Forms must be renewed annually in accordance with DC licensing.

Step 4: Get Ready To Start School

Prepare your child with essentials:

  • Provide the Welcome Supply Kit
    (includes nap items, extra clothes, labeled personal items, etc.)

  • Set up access to our Parent Communication App. Through the app, you’ll receive:

      • Educational lesson plans

      • Real-time communication with teachers

      • Newsletters, events, and reminders

  • Daily photos and activity updates

  • Secure door access code for the school
